How to Use Your Careington Plan

Learn how easy it is to use your plan!


Once you have joined the plan and received your membership kit, simply follow these directions and start using your membership card immediately! (Some discounts will have specific directions on how to use. Please review your membership kit for details.)

Step 1

Keep your membership card with you at all times to easily present it at provider locations. You must present your membership card at the time of service to receive a discount. If you lose your membership card, log into the MEMBER PORTAL to request a new membership card, as well as view your plan information, find a provider and more.

Step 2

To locate and verify participating providers in your area, simply call our Customer Care team at (800) 290-0523 or use the PROVIDER SEARCH tool. When calling to schedule an appointment, please refer to your membership card for proper network identification.

Step 3

You are responsible for paying the provider the entire discounted fee at the time the service is provided.

How to Access Telemedicine


Step 1

Visit member.dialcare.com/membereligibility or call (855) 335-2255 to create and register your account.

Step 2

Fill out your medical history. Any dependents over 18 will have their own medical profile and be required to fill out their own medical history. Your medical history is required before you can consult with a doctor.

Step 3

Request a video or telephonic consult either online, over the phone or through the mobile app.

THIS PLAN IS NOT INSURANCE and is not intended to replace health insurance. This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c.111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers is on this website. A written list of participating providers is available upon request. You may cancel within the first 30 days after effective date or receipt of membership materials (whichever is later) and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee (nominal fee for MD residents is $5, AR residents will be refunded the processing fee).
