Wendy Sideris has been an integral part of growth of Careington International Corporation and its affiliate companies - Careington Benefit Solutions, DialCare and Munroe Sutton - for more than three decades. Since beginning her career with Careington in 1991, Mrs. Sideris has held several leadership positions and key roles within the account management, product development and member services departments.

In her current role, Mrs. Sideris provides strategic direction in Careington's responsive, high-touch service approach and is responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. Mrs. Sideris and her team are resources for Careington's clients and brokers, assisting them with issue resolution and workflow improvements, as well as consulting in areas of plan design, cost savings, industry regulations and the implementation of new products and services. Under her leadership and vision, the account management team is the cornerstone of client relationships and the single point of contact for all client-related needs. Mrs. Sideris' proven track record of superior client service has allowed Careington to successfully grow and maintain key client relationships, including many Fortune 500 clients.
